Mountain Soil and Water Conservation District

We provide access to a range of specialized equipment designed to support effective land stewardship and conservation goals. Our inventory includes no-till seeders, pasture renovators, and organic fertilizer spreaders —each tailored to enhance soil health, reduce erosion, and promote sustainable land use practices. Whether you’re over-seeding a degraded pasture, establishing cover crops, or managing invasive brush, these tools allow you to implement Best Management Practices more efficiently, cost-effectively, and with greater ecological impact than labor-intensive methods. By using our equipment program, you gain hands-on support to take meaningful steps toward resilient, long-term land management.

Agricultural Equipment Rentals

​Rentals are available to land owners or lessees in the Mountain District: Highland, Bath, or Allegheny Counties and the city of Covington.
