The Board of Directors is an elected body representing 4 local entities: The counties of Alleghany, Bath, & Highland and the City of Covington. Each entity has two elected directors. There are also two appointed directors, an at-large and the County Extension Agent. Elections for directors take place every four years during the general election, and all directors serve without compensation.
